The Bermuda Football Association (BFA) has announced the beginning of the football season with opening dates of the Charity Cup and Dudley Eve Trophy. The BFA wishes to remind all fans attending football matches, that venues have been issued guidelines due the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The required guidelines implemented are as follows:

- All matches will be Safe Key events. All persons must provide their Safe Key along with a valid ID upon arrival.

- All persons must wear a mask when entering and moving around the facility

- Each venue has been approved to allow a designated number of fans inside the grounds during football matches. Once that number has been reached, no additional fans will be allowed into the facility

-Players and fans are reminded that each club has established its match operations area (bubble) which can only be assessed exclusively by the players, coaches, match officials and the clubs own match operations personnel. Everyone is reminded to respect this “bubble” before, during and immediately following the match.

The BFA is understands how important football remains to the social and personal wellbeing of participants and fans of the game.It is important that fans follow these guidelines to ensure that football in Bermuda may continue to operate.
