he Bermuda Football Association (BFA) today unveiled the official 23-man squad selected to represent the Gombey Warriors in the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. The team, a blend of experienced veterans and exciting young talent, will be looking to make their mark on the international stage.
For the qualification campaign, Bermuda was drawn into Group A. The team has already concluded fixtures against Antigua and Barbuda and Honduras. The upcoming schedule will see them face the Cayman Islands and Cuba. Bermuda's next match will be played on home soil, with their final World Cup Qualifier being an away fixture in Cuba.
Head Coach Michael Findlay offered the following statement:
“This is a special and very exciting time for Bermudian football specifically now with our Senior Men’s team Building on our 2026 Gold Cup Semi-Final appearance against Honduras in March, we are now competing in critical international matches where the prize is advancement to Round 3 of Concacaf 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifying. The FIFA World Cup always conjures up hopes and dreams for our fans, as it is the most prestigious event in world football. The entire group of players and staff share those aspirations; achieving success here would place us in the final round alongside CONCACAF's 11 top teams, representing an enormous achievement for the BFA, significant for our program's growth, and a vital step toward that ultimate dream!”
