July 6, 2023

Kane Crichlow scored his first ever goal for the Bermuda National Team in their opener for the FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Canada on Thursday.

Crichlow, who joined Watford on a two-year contract in 2019, has performed well in Watford’s U23 team and he made his professional debut for Watford in September 2020 as a substitute in the EFL Cup against Newport County. He was called up to the Bermuda National Team for the first time to feature in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

On Thursday, March 25th, Crichlow made his debut for Bermuda against Canada in a match that ended 5-1 in favor of Canada. The one consolation goal was scored by Crichlow after Canadian goalkeeper Milan Borjan dropped a cross from Lejuan Simmons and Crichlow was the first to react.
