The Bermuda Football Association is thrilled following the accomplishment of the Senior Men’s National Team’s qualification to the Concacaf Gold Cup which commences on June 15thin the USA, Costa Rica and Jamaica. Being the smallest nation to ever qualify for the region’s most significant tournament has brought tremendous attention on our Island as well as our national program. We are very proud of our players, coaches and team officials who have dedicated their time and talents representing Bermuda during the recently concluded Concacaf Nations League Qualifying Tournament.
We were all glued to the online Concacaf Gold Cup Draw which took place in Los Angeles on Wednesday, April 10th. We watched with great anticipation as our team was drawn against fellow Group B participants Costa Rica, Haiti and Nicaragua.
The Association understands that many fans and supporters are considering traveling to the various venues where our team will be playing their matches. Information will start to become available to the Association relating to team logistics and other details including attaining tickets to all three matches against Haiti in Costa Rica, Costa Rica in Texas and Nicaragua in New Jersey. The Association will release relevant information publicly so we encourage everyone to keep the excitement alive but understand that information will be disseminated as soon as it becomes available to the Association.
