Double Celebrations were held at the Devonshire Recreation Club grounds on Sunday. Lady Cougars raised the League Cup for a record (10th) time. Since 1998, only Lady Rams and PHC have raised the league title. Once again, Lady Cougars showed they are in a league of their own as they dominated the league competition.
This year’s victory was just as sweet as the first, dating back to the (1998-99) season. Not only does this mark the (10th) league title but Lady Cougars will be out to set another record, when they look to raise their (10th) victory when they meet in the finals of the Women’s FA Cup, Sunday, April 12th, at the National Sports Centre.
