RE: The Appeal Committee Decision – Ray Jones

The Bermuda Football Association wishes to inform you regarding the decision of the Appeal Committee as reference Ray Jones:

That the verdict of the Disciplinary Hearing of 10^th December 2008 not be altered.

That, having reviewed Mr. Jones antecedent disciplinary record, the Appeals Committee has substituted the sentence of one year probation with that of a two year suspension from all football, including all administrative and on-field activities.

We wish to inform you that both the Disciplinary and Appeal Committees are the judiciary bodies of the Bermuda Football Association and as such are completely independent in their functioning from the Executive Council. Please note the decision of the Appeals Committee under the Statutes of the Bermuda Football Association is final.
