The Bermuda Football Association Technical Department, will be conducting “Open Try-Outs” for the Bermuda National Academy Girls program. The National Academy will be introduced based on the European Academy system whereby, players will be trained year-round and assessed annually on their progression in football. This structure will be the breeding ground for the future national team players that compete in international competition for Bermuda.
Players will be selected based on their birth year and will follow a structured development program that will enable them to fulfill their potential. Players along with their parent/guardians will sign an agreement with the BFA to follow their “code of practice” that is in place under the guidance of FIFA’s code of conduct.
