The Bermuda Football Association is very pleased to provide important information to the people of Bermuda, the family of football on the eve of the 2nd leg of the FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010 Qualifying 2nd leg match between the Bermuda’s Gombey Warriors and the Trinidad & Tobago Soca Warriors.
We are also very please to provide some good news in the hopes that the people of Bermuda, the fans, the Bermy Gombey Warriors, the Gombey Troupes will be able to enjoy this match in one of following ways:
Firstly, we have partnered with Bank of Bermuda HSBC to provide live radio coverage via Bermuda Broadcasting Company on the BIG STATION POWER 95FM RADIO. In addition to that, Bank of Bermuda HSBC has also come on board to provide live internet stream that will enable the game to be heard around the world. The website address is www.power95fm.bm.
Next, for those traveling to the match and recognizing the parking challenging in and around the National Sports Center, the BFA has arranged shuttle bus service from the Hamilton Bus Terminal and National Sports Centre. The shuttle service will commence at 5:00 p.m. and leave every 1/2 hour with the last bus departing the Bus terminal at 8:00 p.m.
The Shuttle service will then commence departing the National Sports Centre at 9:00 p.m. and will continue until everyone needing to return to Hamilton has left the stadium.
Finally, we have secured clearance from FIFA to install an additional 700 seats at the Stadium. These extra bleachers are sponsored by Attride-Striling & Woloniecki. Tickets will go on sale as of 10:00 am on Saturday, June 21st at the Bermuda Football Association Office. The price of the tickets will be $20. We ask that you bring exact change or credit card. Because of the heavy demand each person will be allowed to purchase a maximum of 6 tickets. We have also received a few remaining Grey National team Jerseys for those interested in supporting the Bermuda Gombey Warriors.
