National Senior Team Head Coach Names his Squad
National Senior team take on Barbados

The Bermuda National Senior Men’s Football team is in its final stages of preparation for next month’s World Cup Qualifier against Trinidad & Tobago.
 
With little time to waste, the squad will play (2) practice matches against Barbados during the month of June. With that in mind, (25) players have been selected for this being the final warm up match before the National team fly off to Trinidad in the first of a (2) leg series. This is anticipated to be the biggest stage event for our local football players in years. Head Coach Kenny Thompson and his coaching staff have assembled a (25) men squad for Barbados.

Meanwhile Vic Bettinelli, Head Goalkeeping Coach and Assistant Youth Team Coach, for Fulham FC, will be coming to Bermuda to assist with the Bermuda National Senior Men’s team and other national programs within the Association. Bettinelli, brings a wealth of experience in this area that will be of great importance for Bermuda. He arrives Sunday, June 1st in time for the (2) leg series against Barbados, and from that very moment he will make his presence felt. He will be with the Association right up until the second leg of the World Cup Qualifier against T & T.
Not only will he be working with the National programs but he will be conducting a goalkeeper’s clinic for all football clubs.
