Juggling Competition at the All-Star match

Who can ‘keep the ball up’ the longest in Bermuda!!
 
The BFA will host a juggling Competition “Juggling Champion of the Year” during the All-Stars matches. Each club will be asked to send one representative to enter the competition - Premier Division (8 teams), First Division (11 teams) and Women’s (7 teams).  During the halftime of the first match and before the start of the second match there will be two rounds of the competition and then the finals will be held at half time during the second match.
 
The BFA will crown a male and female “Juggling Champion of the Year” and award some nice prizes!!
 
So when the whistle blows we challenge you to ‘keep that ball up’!!! Will you be the champion juggler??!!
 
Competition Rules:
 
  1. During half-time of First match – Round 1:
    1. 19 male participants reduced to 10 participants
  2. Between matches - Round 2:
    1. 10 male participants reduced to final 3 participants
    2. 7 Females participants reduced to final 3 participants;
  3. During half- time of Second Match – Final Round for champion
    1. one male champion
    2. one female champion
 
Rules
The rules will be as follows:
 
  1. BFA provides balls (20);
  2. Champions prize – trophy and a travel voucher.
  3. Competition held on field;
  4. __________________ is Chief Judge;
  5. Judges start competition on whistle blow;
  6. Player has 2 seconds to throw ball up and get started or is eliminated for false start.
  7. Player has to keep the ball off ground longest (maximum time limit 10 minutes), using any body part, until the cut off number has been reached per round – ie in Round 1 – 10 males remaining; Round finishes when the cutoff number is reached.  If cut-off number per round has not been reached by the time limit than elimination will take place by juggling the ball using the head only.
  8. Final round champion is the last person left juggling the ball the longest (maximum time limit 10 minutes), using any body part;
  9. If there is no clear winner than the champion will be decided by juggling the ball the longest by using the head only.
  10. Participant is eliminated in all rounds once ball touches the ground, ball remains stationary for more than 2 seconds (disqualification) or ball touches any object other than participants body parts.
