National Senior team put through the test
Players and Goalkeepers performed at a high level in training
The Bermuda National football team continued to march forward during their (3rd) day of training at Fulham FC, under stints of sunshine throughout the day in England.

The team had the opportunity to train on the artificial pitch at Fulham’s training ground. The session was shortened but the intense level was truly high for the players and goalkeepers. Goalkeepers in particular were put to the test, as Fulham’s coaching staff had them repeat a number of drills and contend with repeatedly diving onto the artificial surface.  Meanwhile, the remaining team players focused on ball possession that included drills as well.

Otherwise, the local coaching staff is pleased with the player’s performance and can see improvements in a short span of time. The national players will be put to the test today, when they play Chelsea reserves in a friendly match. Everyone is upbeat about this match, as the coaching staff will see firsthand what improvements have been made while in England. Hopefully, everyone will get some playing time, although a few players are nursing colds. The good news is there are no injuries to report.

This will be their last performance before they return home Friday night.
