Jeff Tipping, Director of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, (NSCAA) arrived in Bermuda Wednesday evening, to conduct a (3) day coaching seminar for the islands coaching fraternity.
The first of the (3) day seminar got underway Thursday evening with (81) coaches representing various clubs around the island, attended the course at the Devonshire Recreation Club. The course got underway promptly at 6pm, prior to the start, coaches were so eager to take the course that they decided to arrive just after 5pm.
Meanwhile, the first night presented theory from Jeff Tipping, Director of the (NSCAA) which lasted for some (3) hours. During that span of time, Technical Director, Derek Broadley spoke as well for (30) minutes. As for the coaches, they were keen on learning the new aspects of this course and it clearly showed as their interest level was at high throughout the evening.
Friday evening will feature another theory presentation on the course, while on the final day, Saturday, will present a practical.
Part (2) of the course will get underway again at 6pm, while Saturday, the third and final day will start at 9am. The course will be held at the Devonshire Recreation Club during the (3) days.
